Needlework Through the Years

Watch talented local artists demonstrate spinning, weaving, knitting, quilting, crocheting, embroidery, cross stitch, pine needle basket making, wool appliqué, and treadle sewing machines!
Shop local handcrafted items with 20% of proceeds supporting Buena Vista Heritage.
Learn traditional needlework skills and support the preservation of our heritage. See you there!

Peter Anderson, author of the award-winning literary collection Reading Colorado, discusses writing, traveling, history, and stories.
An evening celebrating Colorado, literature, and history! Peter Anderson will discuss his latest book, Reading Colorado: a literary road guide, at the BV Heritage Museum. This is a free event sponsored by the Buena Vista Public Library and BV Heritage.
