Walking Tour with Local Historian Suzy Kelly
The best way to get to a place is to walk! And what's better than having a local historian to tell you all about it!
Prepare your questions for Suzy Kelly, who was raised in this valley and went to school in our own Buena Vista Heritage Museum!
The tour will start at the Depot & Caboose; taking Main Street to make your way to the Historical Courthouse.
$15 per person includes admission to the Depot & Caboose and the Buena Vista Heritage Museum.

4th of July Parade
For the Fourth of July Parade, the Buena Vista Heritage will participate with some of the Madams from Central Colorado and a tractor pulling a historic hay wagon float!

Needlework Through the Years

Location: Historic Turner Farm and Apple Orchard, 829 W. Main, Buena Vista, CO
Watch talented local artists demonstrate spinning, weaving, knitting, quilting, crocheting, embroidery, cross stitch, pine needle basket making, wool appliqué, and treadle sewing machines!
Shop local handcrafted items with 20% of proceeds supporting Buena Vista Heritage.
Learn traditional needlework skills and support the preservation of our heritage. See you there!
